Our supinated insoles help the feet of people with inward-tilting ankles - crow's feet or flat feet - to become healthier.
It can be used in shoes with normal (non-supinated) soles, we also offer it in adult sizes up to size 44!
Each insole has 3 sizes, at the beginning you have to cut it to the right size.
There is a 4% slope on the heel, which continuously exercises the sole muscles throughout the day
Why is supinated sole use recommended?

- exercises the sole muscles and works the ligaments during use.

- in childhood (3-8 years), it helps the formation of the arch of the foot and the correct placement of the inward-sloping ankle.
- Ages 8 and up, exercises the muscles of the sole and helps with proper posture.
- helps to correct bad posture in adulthood.

To whom we recommend:
- who has clubfoot (the arch of the foot did not develop in childhood)
- whose ankle falls

Full length sole, must be inserted into the shoe, and there is a 4% slope in the sole. (one side is 4mm higher)
Due to the difference between the two sides, it exercises the legs during use
